Trustpoint.one is assisting a midsized, Minneapolis-based law firm in their search for a Family Law Paralegal.
As a Paralegal specializing in Family Law, you will support attorneys by conducting legal research, managing case files, and preparing essential documents. Your core skills in legal administrative tasks will be vital in ensuring efficient case management. With premium expertise in family law and strong writing abilities, you will assist in drafting pleadings and correspondence. Additionally, your organizational skills and attention to detail will enhance the overall effectiveness of our legal team, contributing to the successful resolution of family law matters.

· Family Law group of 7
· 4 attorneys and 3 paralegals
The Need
· 3-8 years of experience
· Ideal candidates will have experience supporting family law
o Marriage dissolutions / custody / OFP and HRO matters
o Highly organized
· Microsoft Office and NetDocs is what is used internally
