What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Proposal Specialist position at Trustpoint.One?
Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for a Senior Proposal Specialist on a direct hire basis for an Am Law 200 law firm. This role will support the Requests for Proposals (RFP) process for the firm. Successful candidates will have 5 years of experience in proposal development in a law firm or legal environment. The hybrid role will work collaboratively with all levels of attorneys and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responses to requests for proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and other proposal opportunities from evaluation and planning to submission
- Partner with attorneys, business development, firm management and other staff; utilizing project management skills and tools to maintain and deliver on multiple ongoing proposals
- Schedule and lead meeting through a consultative approach; identifying applicable and appropriate content to include in proposals
- Draft, edit, proof, and compile copy and content for proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI); collaborating interdepartmentally to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
- Run reporting on opportunity outcomes and gathering insights from such reporting
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar field
- 5 years' experience in proposal development in a law firm or legal services provider
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize competing projects and tasks effectively
- Excellent collaborator with the ability to follow up and follow through
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
