Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Temporary Advertising Counsel who is client-focused, organized and has a team-oriented approach. This is a temporary, remote position. Must also have at least 5 years of contracts review experience.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in any US state.
- Minimum of 5 year of legal experience, time spent working in an in-house legal department is a plus.
- At least 3 year of relevant work experience focused on contracts review, prior experience working in the media industry is a plus .
- Familiarity with contract review for alignment with product terms and budget.
- Experience assisting internal stakeholders with contracts management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
- Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.
- Ability to work on a temporary, part-time basis.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Interact with company departments and colleagues to provide legal services on various matters.
