Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Obtain and review various documents, including medical records and financial records.
- Prepare trial materials, including trial notebooks and exhibits.
- Compile evidence and supporting information.
- Coordinate with support services, clients, and opposing law firms.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Applicants must have a bachelor's or an associate degree.
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
