About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of litigation experience and be admitted to the New Jersey bar, with a plus for admission to the New York bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing briefs for various motions, managing discovery, participating in case development and trials, interacting with clients, adversaries, and third parties, and assisting in arbitrations and mediations.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of litigation/transactional experience
- Admitted to the New Jersey bar; admission to the New York bar is a plus
- Judicial clerkship is preferred
- Experience in federal and state court is preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, good judgment, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Motivated to develop skills as a litigator
