- Coordination and management of case documents, including pleadings, exhibits, and other materials.
- Assistance with depositions, preparation of witness files, and coordination of court appearances.
- Management of litigation document databases and coordination of electronic discovery.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification is required.
- 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, including 2 years of experience as a senior paralegal.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
