Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity
Trustpoint.One is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the HR function of a leading renewable energy corporation on a contract-to-hire basis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR policies and initiatives, collaborating across internal teams, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and address business needs and opportunities
- Provide guidance and expertise on HR-related matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and change management
- Analyze complex data and metrics to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification a plus
- 10 years of experience as an HRBP or similar level experience within a large corporation
- Previous experience in the energy sector preferred
- Prior experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Relations initiatives
- Experience leading complex projects and initiatives in large corporate settings, including workforce planning, talent management, and change management
- Ability to prioritize competing projects and tasks while updating internal stakeholders
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
