Main Responsibilities
- Support HR policies and initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement HR programs and services to meet business needs
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters
- Lead complex projects and initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and change management
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification preferred
- 10 years of experience as a HRBP or similar level experience within a large corporation required
- Previous experience in the energy sector a plus
- Prior experience in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement and Relations initiatives
- Experience leading complex projects and initiatives in large corporate settings
- Ability to prioritize competing projects and tasks while updating internal stakeholders
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
