Nurse Aid

At Trustwell Living, we understand that to provide optimal care for our residents, it is essential that you work in a fun, safe, and caring environment where purpose and positivity are valued.

We have the following Full-time and Part-time Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available.
You can choose between a 4 days on 3 days off rotating schedule or 5 days on 2 days off rotating schedule.

*must be available some weekends and holidays*

As a Caregiver/C.N.A/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, Your responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to and conveying a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Resident.
• Assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, ADL’s, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Providing services as indicated on Resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of C.N.A. current state-specific certification.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
