What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Trustwell Living at Westwood Place?
Do you believe a clean space is a happy place? We’re looking for a housekeeper who’s not just great with mopping and vacuuming but also brings warmth and care to our residents’ homes. Our residents are family, and your role helps keep that family feeling alive, one fresh sheet and spotless hallway at a time.
Pay: Starts at $14.00 per hour. Years of experience will be considered when discussing wages.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:
- Clean resident rooms and shared spaces with love and attention to detail
- Sanitize surfaces, bathrooms, and high-touch areas to keep everyone safe and healthy
- Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and smiles
- Build friendly connections with residents as you brighten their day
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines like a pro
- Report maintenance needs or anything unusual—because you’ve got a great eye for detail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
- You’re reliable, friendly, and take pride in your work
- You enjoy working around older adults and know how to brighten a room (literally and figuratively)
