Job Duties
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information and documents
- Draft and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and memoranda.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and case management.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital case files.
- File documents with courts and other authorities as required.
- Manage legal calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external counsel as needed.
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations.
- Support compliance and due diligence activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Education
- Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent
Experience
Required
- 1 year of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and court procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Preferred
- TSMC Arizona Fab 21 experience
- Litigation or trial experiences
- Semiconductor, safety experiences
- Employment, commercial for clients, and vendor experiences
- Water or environmental experiences dealing with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- CHIP ACT, GPECT funding, tax credit experiences
Language
- Required: Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin is highly desirable to facilitate communication with a diverse workforce.
Computer Skills
- Required: Microsoft Offices, Pacer
- Preferred: Clio, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Smartsheet, Wrike
Certificates and Licenses
Required: None.

- NALA – Certified Paralegal (CP)
- NFPA – Registered Paralegal (RP) / Core Registered Paralegal (CRP)
