Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working with hand tools and power tools. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production processes.

Duties

• Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate products according to specifications.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of machinery within the manufacturing facility.
• Perform tasks on the assembly line, ensuring that production goals are met consistently.
• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse, utilizing forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand basic machinery operations.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus, with valid certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and quality.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy items, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and problem-solving.
