Truth Roofing is seeking a reliable and organized Office Secretary to join our dynamic team. As the Office Secretary, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors and clients, providing assistance as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring items are well-stocked.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and file documents, both electronically and physically.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
