ABOUT THE POSITION
Truvani is seeking an experienced, strategy-minded Head of Social & Content with excellent leadership and communication skills. This position will develop and implement a email, sms, and social media content strategy to support our mission, build brand awareness, and foster a raving community around Truvani across our socials. You will help lead our team, leveraging creativity and data-drive insights to create meaningful content that drives traffic, fosters community, and increases engagement. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of results across social media platforms as well as a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Innovative Content Strategy: Develop and execute an innovative content strategy. Oversee the creation of compelling, cutting-edge, buzz-worthy campaigns across social platforms that align with our mission and core values, builds brand awareness, and fosters a raving community of fans.
- Monthly Promotional Content: Develop and execute monthly promotional content. This involves creating email, sms, and other forms of media to support our monthly promotional goals.
- Brand Personality & Consistency: Maintain and evolve Truvani's voice and ensure that it is consistent and prominent across all channels.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and leverage data to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and resonance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to bring cohesive 360-degree campaigns to life while maintaining brand consistency.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3 years of experience in a content creation and management role with a proven track record for creating campaigns that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and fosters a raving fan base.
- Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices with unique ability to stay ahead of trends, using real-time opportunities to create campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Highly creative and results-driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
