This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient safety by maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and infection control. This position involves sterilizing surgical instruments, preparing surgical packs, maintaining operating rooms, and assist the team in managing surgical inventory. You'll also assist surgical teams, uphold sterile techniques, and contribute to process improvements. Pay scale for experienced Sterile Resource Assistant meeting our requirements:
Entry level to surgery : $18-20/ hr
