The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for developing business-to-consumer relationships, lead generation, generating co-branding techniques and brand awareness, advocating the use of marketing tools, strategy, and planning, establishing sales routes and key affiliates, developing branding concepts and other related duties. Job Requirements:
This is a full-time position that requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. The Business Development Representative positions are paid an hourly rate of $18 plus commission. To perform this job effectively, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Develop business-to-consumer relationships;
- Limited to provide sales leads to a licensed Truvion Finance Specialist;
- Develop sales and marketing tools and branding concepts;
- At the direction of the Company’s Finance Specialist, contact a borrower to gather any documentation or information;
- Develop and print marketing materials;
- Use LOS to review and manage pipeline;
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls;
- Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
