Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Perform preliminary eye exams, utilize advanced ophthalmic equipment, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Engage with Patients: Welcome patients warmly and assist them professionally, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter our clinic.
- Support Office Operations: Handle front desk responsibilities, schedule appointments, manage insurance verifications, and help keep our office environment organized and pristine.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with the office manager, our staff, and our optometrist to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with technology, especially electronic health records (EHR), is crucial.
- Professionalism: We expect a neat, clean, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are key to success here.
- Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in an optical or healthcare setting is highly valued.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as an Optometric Technician or Medical Assistant is beneficial.
