The Base Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing TruVista's customer base management strategies, focusing on customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction. This role will drive data-driven marketing initiatives and lead efforts to optimize customer lifecycle management, ensuring that existing customers are engaged, retained, and provided with relevant product offerings. The Base Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored marketing campaigns that improve customer lifetime value and brand loyalty.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain TruVista’s existing customer base through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to segment the base and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer engagement goals.
- Lead the development and optimization of personalized customer communications, including email marketing, direct mail, and digital outreach.
- Manage customer lifecycle campaigns, focusing on customer retention, renewals, and churn reduction.
- Monitor and report on the performance of base management campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure TruVista’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with the company’s overall growth and retention objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, base management, or retention-focused roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive customer retention and engagement strategies that lead to measurable business results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in telecommunications or technology industries is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Good working conditions in an office environment. Will follow Hybrid schedule – 2 days per week in office – typically Tuesday and Thursday.
