Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage fiscal operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize income streams and enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Supervise treasury management activities, including cash flow analysis and investment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards in all financial reporting processes.
- Perform cost accounting functions to analyze costs and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor profit and loss statements to assess the organization’s financial health and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and fiscal management principles.
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and revenue management practices.
- Familiarity with IFRS standards and cost accounting methodologies.
