Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals. This role requires a strong background in fiscal management, regulatory reporting, and financial services, along with exceptional analytical skills to drive effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage fiscal operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement revenue management strategies to optimize income streams and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise treasury management activities, including cash flow analysis and investment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS standards in all financial reporting processes.
• Perform cost accounting functions to analyze costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor profit and loss statements to assess the organization’s financial health and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and fiscal management principles.
• Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and revenue management practices.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards and cost accounting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
