In this role, you will develop, implement, track, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive the growth of multiple eCommerce sites and retail .com channel partner site across our global portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is a paid search/paid social guru who knows how to navigate and optimize all digital campaigns to meet performance goals and maximize ROAS. He/she is proficient managing large data sets to identify key marketing metrics and glean meaningful, actionable insights from his/her analysis. He/she is also a team player who can successfully partner with various arms of our organization (IT, marketing, art design, eCommerce, sales and data team) to make significant strides in growing our online D2C and retail channel sales.
Must be well-versed in the following digital marketing domains:
- Paid Advertising on various platforms (especially FB, Amazon, Google)
- Programmatic Marketing with DSP knowledge
- Data visualization skills – Tableau/Google Data Studio/Excel
- Mobile Marketing
- Push notifications marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Microsite landing page design development (knowledge of Shopify platform and Gempage landing page builder app a plus)
- Affiliate marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns that deliver max ROI
- Experience working with Google ads, Facebook ads, Microsoft Bing ads, Amazon ads, Walmart ads, Home Depot ads
- Execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy supporting the digital marketing manager to help grow users and revenue –web, SEM, programmatic, remarketing/retargeting, marketing database, email marketing, paid social campaigns, and paid ad campaigns
- Lead those marketing strategies and initiatives to drive key business metrics with heavily focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and ROI
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); prepare bi-weekly and monthly summary reports analyzing all data and make suggestions for improvements; implement such improvements as indicated
- Build and prepare email marketing calendar for all promotions across our brands’ D2C websites and other omni-channel retail partners; ensure there are no conflicts with concurrent promotions
- Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points; suggest and implement areas for improvement
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the information gleaned from such analysis
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests
- Partner with internal teams to create landing pages, microsites, and optimize user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies, perform a cost-benefit analysis of such technologies, and take the lead on implementation when such technologies are advantageous
- Utilize various resources to stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Education Experience:
- BS or MS in digital marketing, data analytics or related field
- At least 3-5 years work experience in digital marketing either on the client or agency-side with proven results in leading and implementing successful SEM strategies, growing marketing database, creating successful email marketing campaigns, paid social and display ad campaigns
- Prior digital agency experience a plus
- Experience with various e-Commerce marketplace channels, including Amazon and Walmart
- Experience in identifying target audience and, in partnership with visual designers, devising creative and engaging digital campaigns that inform, motivate, and CONVERT TO SALES!
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Strong knowledge of website analytic tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
- Strong data visualization knowledge: Google Data Studio and/or Tableau preferred; Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Programmatic ad campaign set up and optimization strategies
- Strong knowledge of retargeting and remarketing tools
- Email marketing: strong knowledge of creating customer user journeys, cart abandonment, browse abandonment
- Shopify experience with strong knowledge of various Shopify Apps that relate to digital marketing preferred
- Proficient in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, Amazon, Walmart, and The Home Depot
- Proficient with FB business manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thought processes
- Graphic design capabilities a plus coupled with an understanding of digital asset deliverables required for ad generation
