Office Administrator – Roofing/New Construction/Restoration
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, manage answering service, and schedule roofing appointments for 5 salesmen
- Greet guests and handle company inquiries
- Perform data entry (CRM, Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks)
- Handle clerical tasks (filing, emailing, mailing, scanning)
- Interact with clients, insurance/mortgage companies, and vendors
- Maintain accurate records and manage client accounts in CRM
- Order and distribute office supplies
- Assist with events, research, and additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interview Dates:
We will be conducting interviews from February 24-26, 2025.
