Office Administrator – Roofing/New Construction/Restoration

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, manage answering service, and schedule roofing appointments for 5 salesmen
  • Greet guests and handle company inquiries
  • Perform data entry (CRM, Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks)
  • Handle clerical tasks (filing, emailing, mailing, scanning)
  • Interact with clients, insurance/mortgage companies, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and manage client accounts in CRM
  • Order and distribute office supplies
  • Assist with events, research, and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Interview Dates:
We will be conducting interviews from February 24-26, 2025.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
