We are seeking a motivated Marketing Automation and Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in marketing analytics. As part of the team, you will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our company under the guidance of our Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Analytics
- Assist in gathering marketing data from various sources, including websites, campaigns, and CRM systems.
- Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Support the team in analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Excel.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and track ROI.
Marketing Automation
- Help set up and monitor automated marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Aid in the development and scheduling of email campaigns.
- Assist in segmenting contact lists and personalizing email content.
AI Implementation
- Explore AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing operations.
- Support the integration of AI solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with both the Marketing Operations and Brand/Design teams.
- Assist in coordinating marketing efforts across the four businesses.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Seniors, or recent graduates preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of Excel and data visualization techniques
- Analytical Abilities:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
