Trux is seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Operations Analyst to support and enhance our Sales and Business Operations functions. This role is instrumental in evaluating and improving sales processes, managing essential platforms like HubSpot, Salesloft, and Tableau, and delivering actionable insights through performance data analysis. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical, technical, and business expertise to streamline operations, ensure data accuracy, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Performance Data & Reporting:
- Develop and deliver accurate, insightful reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline forecasts, and sales cycle length.
- Support forecasting and KPI tracking for Supply Chain Performance, Business Operations, Account Management, and Service Delivery.
- Evaluate market trends and dynamics to improve performance and forecasting.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance the efficiency of Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations.
CRM Management & Technology Optimization:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesloft for lead and pipeline management, data integrity, and process automation.
- Conduct regular data clean-up and enrichment in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Implement and manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesloft, and other tools to streamline workflows.
- Support the rollout of new business initiatives, technologies, and workflows within the Business Operations team.
Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to refine processes from lead generation to deal closing and deployment.
- Ensure efficient lead and account hand-off processes aligned with business goals.
- Design workflows to optimize top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel activities.
- Analyze Sales and Marketing data to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and lead quality optimizations.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
- Assist in executing and tracking Marketing and Sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies by customer segments.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing insights to optimize lead conversion and win rates.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesloft, and workflow automation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Tableau.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis, forecasting tools, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
