About the Role - Trux is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to support and enhance our sales processes, tools, and strategies. This role is critical in driving efficiency across the sales funnel, optimizing CRM systems, and delivering actionable insights to boost performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical, technical, and operational expertise to streamline sales processes, improve data integrity, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Performance Data & Reporting :
- Develop and deliver accurate, actionable reports and dashboards to Sales and Executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, including lead volume, pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle lengths.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and performance, identifying areas for improvement across the sales funnel.
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and KPI tracking to drive informed decision making.
CRM Management & Technology Optimization :
Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesloft for lead and pipeline management, process automation, and data accuracy.Conduct regular CRM maintenance, including data cleanup, enrichment, and workflow enhancements.Implement and oversee integrations between software tools to ensure seamless operations and reporting.Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes to enhance sales team effectiveness.Sales Process Optimization :
Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine, document, and execute on process improvements from lead generation through deal closure and customer deployment.Ensure efficient lead assignment, pipeline management, account handoff processes, and alignment with business objectives.Design and implement workflows that improve efficiency and enhance both top-funnel and bottom of funnel activities.Analyze sales and marketing data to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and lead quality improvements.Campaign Support & Lead Management :
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies.Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing insights to enhance lead conversion rates and win rates.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesloft, including advanced workflow automation and reporting.Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Selfmotivated and capable of working independently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.Experience in process optimization and familiarity with forecasting tools.
