As Manager of Delivery and Client Relations, you'll manage the people, operations, and strategic customer relationships in your market. Position summary...
You will lead a team of recruiters, safety and operations support staff through effective management, coaching, and a commitment to achieving performance expectations. The Manager of Delivery & Client Relations, is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and training, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of the Marine Division. In this role, you will also collaborate with the sales team to support strategic account initiatives in order to grow your business and expand customer relationships.

What you need to bring to the table:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Marine industry positions or other relevant skilled trade positions. Experience managing a recruiting team is highly desirable!
- Strong leadership competencies with a track record of success managing and leading high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of the Marine industry, including key roles, qualifications, certifications, and industry trends in order to train and develop a team of recruiters to successfully support the market's customer base
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and ATS software platforms, in addition to online recruiting tools and resources, including social media platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in an office setting daily with the team
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
