Job Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our production and event team. From set-up to breakdown, you’ll help ensure our events and on-site shoots run smoothly, while gaining hands-on experience in the world of creative production and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event planning and on-site coordination
- Support logistics including set-up, materials, equipment, and crew needs
- Communicate with vendors, talent, and team members before and during events
- Help with packing, organizing, and transporting event supplies
- Provide general on-site support to ensure event flow
- Maintain a professional and positive presence on location
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to lift/move equipment or supplies as needed
