Position Title: Infection Preventionist - RN
Location: Glendale, AZ 85309
Duration: 12 Months Extension
Work Schedule: Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 07:00 am to 17:30 pm not to exceed 40 hours per week. The Infection Preventionist will work 40 hours a week.
Pay rate: $60 to 65/hr W2 without benefits
- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to implement the MTF IPCP IAW AFI 44-108, Infection Prevention and Control Program.
- Perform an annual self-inspection to determine if there is sufficient evidence of MTF's compliance or noncompliance with regulatory standards below. Provides assessment of IPC program to the Infection Prevention and Control Function (IPCF) Chair and shares with IPCF at quarterly meetings. Standards and guidelines used to determine compliance include, but are not limited to:
