What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecommunications Engineer position at Tryfacta, Inc.?
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating servers. Daily tasks involve managing the Clients Avaya Solution and quickly resolving issues that surface at any time. These issues may include problems with legacy G650s ISDN/TDM, H323 Endpoint registrations across the county’s MAN, or troubleshooting SIP signaling issues related to SIP servers, gateways, and media servers (MedPro/G450s/AMS). This role also requires collaboration with vendors to implement new advancements and technologies within our current Systems.
Offering Level 3 assistance to the telecommunications team, encompassing QoS, resource allocation, and the design and configuration of inbound and outbound call routing. This includes support for third-party applications like Starfish, RedSky, Verasmart, and more.
