- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate appointments and meetings through calendar management
- Provide excellent customer support via phone and email
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Proficient in phone systems and possess excellent phone etiquette
- Experience with Google Suite for document management and communication
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
