What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Agent position at Tryfacta?
Responsibilities:
- Observe passenger loading areas to monitor commercial operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading of passengers and baggage.
- Enforce compliance with the Code of Rules and Regulations for ground transportation.
- Report unauthorized ground transportation activity or emergency situations to supervisors and the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
- Work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions, including exposure to dust, vehicle emissions, fumes, and noise.
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods while monitoring airport transportation areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to airport guests, assisting them with transportation inquiries.
- Communicate effectively via two-way radio, telephone, and face-to-face interactions in English.
- Follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience in Customer service in any industry.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
