Duties
- Utilize CMMS to schedule and track maintenance activities
- Fabricate and weld as needed for repairs
- Perform residential painting tasks
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Maintain facilities to meet safety and operational standards
- Interpret schematics for equipment repairs
Skills
- Proficiency in CMMS software
