Sales Broker
Tryko Partners, LLC is a Central NJ private equity real estate investment group that specializes in the acquisition of multifamily housing and healthcare properties. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Broker to support the Acquisitions team by prospecting potential acquisitions. This individual will be an integral part of the Acquisitions team, and ideal for someone who wishes to expand their career in commercial real estate and close deals, while working in a professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, proactive in reaching out to new customers, and confident making cold calls.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and build relationships with third-party commercial real estate owners and agents through cold calling and research.
- Work with Area Sales and District teams to initiate a new site acquisition business
- Prepare organized meeting reports and follow-up plans.
- Some travel
Requirements: Strong people person a must!
- Comfortable with high volume outbound telephone business development experience.
- Articulate verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with record of sales success, with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and internet skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
