Blue Ginger Sushi Bar is looking for the following requirements, line cook, prep cook, and sushi roller ability to read and follow recipes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sushi food items and ensures great food presentation
- Ensure proper food storage and monitor quality of ingredients
- Assist with preparation as needed
- Ability to stock and retrieve all necessary food items and supplies
- Ability to follow recipe cards and execute in a timely manner
- Ability to set-up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
Qualifications:
- Previous sushi experience preferred
- Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and adaptation skills
- Hotline experience
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
