The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.Compensation:
$15 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
