TS Equipment Repair LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Semi-Truck Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our yard / shop in Dearborn. If you’re passionate about delivering quality service, leading a team, and have a strong background in accounting and customer service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
  • Implement policies to enhance productivity and safety.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance for semi-trucks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate job duration and pricing estimates, including auto parts for customer vehicles.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in truck repair, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of semi-truck systems, class 8 truck maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in shop management software (CDL or ASE Certifications preferred).
  • Knowledge in accounting.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is an advantage.

    • Working Schedule : Monday- Friday 9 : 00 am -5 : 00 pm
