Job Summary:
TS Foods provides food packaging and manufacturing solutions for our customers. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in production to join our team to serve as the main point of contact for designated customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding production, scheduling, shipment and inventory. Handle invoicing for assigned accounts.
- Prepare documents for production including label creation, spec sheets, and special instructions, maintain data in key software platforms, create reports
- Participate in new product meetings to ensure customer specs are met
- Confirm customer inventory counts, invoicing and recordkeeping, troubleshoot receiving and shipping issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Previous experience in customer service for production environment is required
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree a plus, Valid driver's license required to commute to other local offsite locations.
