Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. This role will collaborate with various teams to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels and help implement inventory control strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving of customer supplied materials and reconcile into system
  • Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely and adequate stock replenishment
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service and production to ensure alignment of inventory needs.

Experience

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is required with knowledge in inventory control principles, procedures and best practices
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and make data driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

Qualifications

  • Microsoft office including Word and proficiency in excel
  • Must have valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
