Responsibilities:
Ensure the production machines are up and running each day to minimize downtime and maximum quality production.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Document damaged, worn, or broken parts. Conduct preventative maintenance functions.
- Collaborate with other technicians to analyze and resolve complex problems
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, ability to read blueprints
- Related experience preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery using specialized tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members
Ability to climb, twist as needed and lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods of time required. Must have a valid driver's license with clean record to drive to other local locations as needed.
