T.S. Pink, a spirited and dynamic, locally-owned company, was founded in 1991 by Todd Pink after a light-bulb moment in the shower. Starting in his own barn studio, in East Meredith, New York, the company has grown over the years, with the help of many extraordinary people.
Since its birth, T.S. Pink has been creating sustainable, earth-friendly, SoapRocks® and accessories, with artist’s hands. Now we are a team of approximately 20 people, working in a small and friendly, studio factory, designing, producing, and distributing our work to Mom and Pop stores, national retailers, television networks, Internet companies and more throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

HOURS: Soap Production Artisans typically work a 6 am – 2:30 pm shift from Monday-Friday.
STARTING COMPENSATION: $14.00 - 15.50 / hr, depending upon experience
EDUCATION * EXPERIENCE * SKILLS * PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES - What we need
- Reliable attendance a must
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Dependably work a consistent 6:00 to 2:30 schedule, will consider 8:00 to 4:30
- Quality control and shaping experience a plus
- Great attention to detail, with, ability to learn and understand the details of large inventory.
- Regular lifting of 10 to 40 pounds, boxes and trays, with some overhead work
- Effectively interact with team and leads.
- Good communication skills
- Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES – (Here’s where we repeat ourselves many times! … Again!)
Requires great attendance, a special combination of attention to detail, concentration, a team orientation, high integrity, and pride in your work.
Overview: SOAP PRODUCTION ARTISAN * Reliable attendance a must! Primary daily work involves the creation of artisanal soaps of all colors and varieties, while doing quality assurance oversight of each piece.
Additional duties – as needed
- Wrapping of soaps
- Assemble and prepare Gift Sets
- Operate wrapping machines (with training)
- Assist in other areas of the company as needed, including shipping, pulling and packing orders, inventory, etc
Physical Requirements
- Carrying trays of product weighing from 1-40 lbs
- Repetitive motion with wrists, hands, and fingers: good dexterity required.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs on a regular basis, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Occasionally ascending / descending of ladders and stairs (e.g., some agility required)
