POSITION SUMMARY
Provide the highest level of service to our guests. Sell T S sportswear and merchandise in restaurant Logo Booth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
- Greet guests and help determine what his/her wants or needs are; recommend and select items based on guests’ information and requests.
- Describe and show items, explaining the care and use of items; help guests obtain the proper size.
- Use point of sale system to ring in purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payments.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, policy regarding payment and exchanges, and security information.
- Maintain all required records related to sales.
- Take and process phone orders and special orders.
- Answer phones, assist callers, and take restaurant reservations.
- Inventory and arrange stock, keep sales area clean including shelves, floor, and counters, ensuring all merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
- Balance cash drawer and complete daily sales reports.
- Assist Sportswear Coordinator with the ordering, receiving, and inventory as needed.
- Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding scheduling and attendance.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns; personal, employee or guest injury.
- Follow food safety program guidelines of handwashing, bare hands, hygiene and health.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: Six months to one year related experience
Computer Skills: Experience with Point of Sale System preferred
Certificates & Licenses: Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher
