Site Safety Coordinator
TS Safety Group is a site safety consulting firm with projects in multiple locations across the United States. Project locations in California, Texas, Utah, and Iowa.
Key Qualifications
- 5-10 years of EHS experience preferred – preferably on large scale projects
- Industrial construction experience preferred
- Steel experience preferred
- OSHA 500 certification
- CHST preferred
- Highly self-motivated and self-managing
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Willingness to work 40-70 hours per week
- Willingness to travel
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site EHS meetings
- Conduct site orientations for new employees
- Perform job site analysis and institute safe work procedures
- Conduct multiple site safety audits daily, and complete all necessary documentation
- Conduct accident investigations and documentation
- Administrate the Company Substance Abuse Program, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Maintain all site required documentation related to EHS issues, i.e. accident reports, inspection reports, training logs.
- Cooperate with sub-contractors on the work progress and monitor their EHS related functions.
- Investigate ALL incidents and near misses, including recommendations for future prevention and methods of mitigation.
- Ensure Compliance with applicable OSHA, Federal, State, and Local Requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
