Job Summary
The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management of residential or commercial properties. Duties
- Assist in managing property operations to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for tenant information and property management systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively while promoting positive tenant relations.
- Support the implementation of leasing strategies, including upselling available units and amenities.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal administrative responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and coordinate with facilities management for timely repairs.
- Assist in preparing reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on administrative tasks, including lease documentation and renewals.
- Bookkeeping for rental operation.
- Review and pay invoices.
- Quickbooks accounting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and oteg property management software is advantageous.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with tenants.
- Excellent conflict management abilities to address tenant concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal aspects of property management is essential.
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
