TSC Life is building a US Commercial team to manage the combination of two exciting lines of ICU and OR Products. The rapidly expanding US-based team will lead the effort to create a business around our expanding portfolio: Single-use endoscopy and a portfolio of Patient Warming products. The US team will operate with the agility of a startup but supported with market leading products and decades of experience. We are looking for a customer-focused and self-directed territory manager to help us build something special. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
· Live within your assigned geography (see above open areas)
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of ICU/OR medical device sales experience.
· A track record of exceeding quota and driving growth.
· Opening new accounts through converting competitive business.
· A History of navigating hospitals' buying processes to introduce new products.
· Experience selling patient warming products is desired.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
· High level of business acumen – strategic planning, analytics, presenting, follow up.
· Ability to meet all vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems.
· Must live in assigned territory and manage up to 40% travel.
Base Commission compensation model ($180k target) with uncapped upside.
Salary : $180,000
