Responsibilities:
Perform complex assembly builds
- Perform Assembly test
- Prepare test/inspection reports as required
- Perform debug and root cause analysis for electronic test failures
- Perform finish inspections to include documentation review and audits, and familiarize suppliers with established processes, policies, procedures, and standards
- Verify the correct revisions of product and test procedures
- Record inspection results using electronic documentation for nonconforming hardware; familiarity with Electronic Circuit Card Assemblies a plus
- Monitor assembly/test station for calibration and shelf-life items
- Complete all applicable paperwork (working to AS9100 standards)
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent damage or loss
- Assist in training other technicians
- Support activities to address identification and disposition of nonconforming material in a timely manner
- Report quality problems and findings to supervisor
- Maintain and enhance job knowledge by participating in learning events and engaging in educational opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 2-4 years in electronics assembly and Test
- Associates Degree- electronics Technician or related field
- JSTD Certification
- IPC-610 Certification
- IPC-620 Certification
