We are seeking an experienced System Administrator II to join our Corporate IT team in Huntsville, AL (Discovery). You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
- System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
- Security: Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide user guidance.
- User Support: Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field (equivalent education considered).
- 2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles (equivalent experience considered).
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Experience managing and configuring:
- Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu)
- Red Hat Satellite Server.
- Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A , Network , Security ).
