Compensation : $30K$50K (Revenue Share Model, Unlimited Earning Potential)
About the Role
TGA Premier Sports is looking for a Golf Teaching Professional to lead instruction at Brookview Golf Course in Minneapolis. This is a teaching-focused role , allowing you to spend your time coaching, not running a pro shop . With an existing client base and a strong network of past participants and parents, this is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to grow their lesson business in a supportive and structured environment.
This position is structured as a revenue-share model , meaning total compensation can range from $30K$50K depending on the number of lessons booked. If you have previous clients , you are welcome to bring them along, and we will actively market your availability to help fill your schedule.
Why This Role is Different : Instruction-First Role No pro shop or course management duties. Your focus is on coaching.

Set Your Own Lesson Rates You control your pricing and schedule.
Marketing & Administrative Support We handle scheduling, payments, and client outreach.

Year-Round Earning Potential : To make this a full-time, year-round position , we have multiple ways to keep you coaching and earning during the offseason :
Simulator Relationships We have partnerships with multiple indoor golf simulators where you can continue coaching private lessons and running winter programs.
TGA Junior Programs Opportunity to coach TGAs junior programs , including beginner and more advanced player development courses.
Develop New Programs Work with us to create advanced clinics, junior leagues, and new instructional offerings to expand golf programming in the community.

Certified PGA / LPGA Professional (or actively pursuing certification preferred).
Compensation & Benefits :
Earning Potential : $30K$50K (Revenue Share Model, No Cap on Earnings)

Existing Client Base Immediate demand for lessons from past students.
Flexibility Set your own pricing and schedule.
Year-Round Opportunities Indoor simulator lessons, corporate events, and TGA junior programs available beyond the golf season.
