Job Title: Part Time Studio Assistant
Location: Atlanta, GA
About Us: Welcome to TSD Studio! We’re a boutique, full-service Interior Design Studio. We create iconic, aspirational spaces ranging from multi-family communities and luxury homes to vibrant workspaces and funky cafes and shops.
The Role: We are seeking a Part Time Studio Assistant to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and love bringing ideas to life, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist our Design Team: Work at the direction of the Design Manager to write specifications and create material boards; communicate with our vendor partners to source materials and pricing. Help with vendor and client communication.
- Maintain Inventory and Assist with FF&E Installations: Maintain our inventory of accessories and soft goods; pull product and detail inventory for our furniture installations; assist with styling furniture installations on site.
- Studio Maintenance: Filing & organization of our materials library and of samples for current projects. Filing paperwork and receipts. General administrative paperwork.
- Social Media & Marketing: Assist with creating content for social media and posting; communicate with Graphic Designers to maintain website and other marketing materials
What We’re Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to articulate clearly and work collaboratively with others.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with ease.
- Self Starter: Raise your hand if you don't understand the assignment.
- Attention to Detail: This can't be taught. Be ready to show us examples of your experience working with extreme attention to detail.
- Interest in Interior Design: A design background is not required for this position, but an interest in interiors is a must!
- Software Aptitude: Experience working with Microsoft suite, especially Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
