UTILITY MACHINERY SALES EXPERIENCE
TSE is an entrepreneurial, globally recognized company located in Shreveport, LA, where we are a fully operational facility with Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing departments all under one roof.
TSE International, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets conductor handling equipment for use in the electrical transmission, distribution and telecommunication utility industry. The TSE product line includes a complete range of overhead and underground pulling units, tensioners, stringing blocks, swivels, ropes and other accessories.
We are currently looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager position includes a territory in the Great Lakes region (WI, IL, MI, IN, OH). Extensive travel in the region is required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating sales volume and potential customer inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals to customer Request for Proposals (RFP), delivering presentations, creating and following up on proposals, and helping TSE meet its overall growth and profitability goals.
The position involves all aspects of the business development process including: prospecting, lead generation, qualifying leads, proposal preparation and follow-up, developing customer and market strategies, handling customer questions/inquires, closing of the sales, and after sales support.
