PCR-Dx of Colorado is looking for multiple part time Diagnostic Specimen Coordinators to join our growing team. These individuals will play a vital role on our customer success team by ensuring that reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens are successfully transported between healthcare provider locations and the PCR-Dx of Colorado laboratory.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist with pickup and delivery of medical specimens, equipment, and supplies from the laboratory and healthcare provider locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or inquiries from clients during pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all pickups, deliveries, and related activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate pick up of medical specimens from healthcare provider locations.
- Assist in the resolution of specimen order issues as needed (missing insurance, missing patient information, etc.).
- Follow company protocols for handling sensitive and specialized medical equipment.
