Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Tech 3 position at TSG - The Sheridan Group is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for skilled maintenance technicians. As one of the leading print and publishing service providers in the nation, our team prints everything from popular magazines and catalogs to prestigious medical and scientific journals.
We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician who can complete all emergency repairs and assigned preventive or routine maintenance of production and facility equipment of moderate to high degree of complexity. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, including the ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose complex repairs on equipment. General knowledge of all building trades and basic computer skills are also essential.
The successful candidate will be required to work mandatory overtime or be on emergency call as needed. Good visual acuity and manual dexterity are necessary for this role. The schedule is Saturday – Monday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM – 36 hours/week with overtime pays time and a half after 36 hours per week and day shift pays an extra shift premium on all hours.
